I used this book right before my wedding and I lost all the weight I wanted to and was happy with the end result. The layout of the book is fun and the recipes are great. If you are fully committed to the program be aware that if you usually consume an average amount of carbs in a day you will feel a bit tired on this new eating program for the first few days.
