Maybe I am getting tired of these books, but I was more than a little disappointed with this book. I found it to be poorly strung together, with very little cohesive narrative. Other books in the series wove their made up facts and artifacts into a bigger (albeit fictional) story. Usually the original "author" of a manuscript. While the authors have tried to do this by making this the work of a fictional Professor Alan Grey, it didn't really work.
