Add a Quote"I just finished watching a six-and-a-half-hour film that felt seven hours too long."
"Jamie and I always ask how are we going to get old, and the answer is, just like everyone else."

"So . . . arthritis arthritis?"
"I usually just say it once."
From IMDb:
Doctor: You have arthritis in your knee.
Josh: Arthritis arthritis?
Doctor: Yes. I usually just say it once.
===
Cornelia: I wish you'd look at me the way you look at Jamie and Darby. When we first met, you wooed me with romantic e-mails.
Josh: It wouldn't make sense for me to send you e-mails now that we're in the same room all the time.
===
Cornelia: My dad likes saying, "The more, the more."
Josh: That's because your dad has everything and then he gets more.

Cornelia: It's like their apartment is full of everything we once threw out, but it looks so good the way they have it.

I thought the film was very pleasant to watch and the acting was pretty good.
Great acting and writing in this enjoyable story of a couple adjusting well to their thirties.
The best parts of this movie were in the previews.
Not to bad of a movie I have seen much worse! Kind of boring though not much action!
Many will (and do) dislike this movie. While I'm not always a fan of Noah Baumbach's films, I thought this one worked well. I recommend it for people who like independent films and the show Girls, since the tone is somewhat similar. The movie gets bonus points from me for having Adam Horovitz (Ad-Rock from the Beastie Boys) in a supporting role; he did a good job. While We're Young is rated R for language.
I only was able to watch the first twenty minutes before getting bored. It seemed to be a story with potential but just delivered in a very drab way
Wow... what a disappointment...such a stellar cast...but the story and everything about this movie is very boring!
Described as "genuinely hilarious". We kept fast forwarding trying to find anything remotely funny. Just a lot of yak, yak.
Aside from a convincing performance by Adam Driver, the rest of the movie was of little consequence. If one needs to have lived the same experience as the one shown on-screen to see the humour in it, then perhaps the "wit" in the writing was never really there to begin with. An artsy New York movie for/about people who find themselves fascinating.
