I really appreciate the Loved Dog methods, but Geller's organizational methods bury the information in blah, blah, blah. She could learn a lot from the Monks of New Skete, if not about dog training, at least about how to write a dog training manual.
Couldn't finish as the introduction space kept misquoting studies, referred dogs to being the same as wolves, insulted Milan's techniques almost openly... then promoted the use of more abstract (and ineffective) uses of "dominance" to convince your dog of your superior status.
Good text to use in combination with The Canine Good Citizen and Living with Your Dog, by the Volhards. Similar to Cesar Millan.
