A patron review from the Adult Summer Game: "I am new to my sewing machine, so I thought I would give this book a try. And may I say I LOVE it. It explains every FOOT!!! It has great pictures and great explanations. I'm sure to check this book out over and over just so I can have it to refer back to when I need to use each for... (Or maybe I'll find it where I can buy it) this book is great for beginners it shows all the feet. Some aren't for every machine but it's easy to find out what machine goes with which foot!"

Good reference book on the use on the most popular sewing feet. Included is ruffler, teflon, cording, pintuck, overlock, and more. The particular gem of this book is the "Idea File" which suggests use of the feet. For example, the stitch in the ditch foot can be used for quilting AND for clothing. I highly recommend this book for all sewists.

I apologize to other readers, but I simply could not return this until I've ordered my own copy. I am recently returning to sewing, so have a lot of buried-in-my-brain knowledge, and this book not only brought most of that musty knowledge back to the forefront of my sewing mind but introduced clever, new and inspired ways of using all the feet that came with my new sewing machine. Best book I've seen on using your sewing machine to its fullest potential.
