SUMMARY: Bear is eating with his friends, but notices something unusual. He has a tooth that is loose. His friends tell him not to worry and that they will help. One by one they try to pull out the tooth, but they are all too small to get the job done. It is bear, with his strong tongue who gets the tooth out. The fiends also tell hm not to worry because new tooth will grow in its place. Cute surprise ending. ILLUSTRATIONS: In typical Bear style, the pictures are cute and colorful, giving you plenty of warm fuzzies along the way. REVIEW: This is a great book for teaching little ones about what happens when teeth naturally get loose and fall out. Everyone helped Bear not to worry and helped him with the tooth. I loved when they all danced in celebration after the tooth came out. NOTE: There is a scene where the tooth fairy comes along and takes the tooth in exchange for berries. If this isn't something you teach your children, you can modify the words as you read. AGE RECOMMENDATION: Ages 3-6
