Easily the best movie I've seen in the last six months. Another Taylor Sheridan gem (the other being SICARIO). I cackled with delight throughout. The fight scene at the filling station, the dialogue between Jeff Bridges and his deputy watching TV at the motel before turning in -- if only more films could deliver such brio. Ben Foster should have received an Academy Award nomination for his performance as the older of the brother bank robbers. (He did win an Independent Spirit Award.) This film has it all: writing, acting, music (the score is provided by Warren Ellis & Nick Cave) and it's visually compelling too. It's like a an excellent Cormac McCarthy yarn without the nihilism. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.
